[Warrior][Arms] Damage mod missing

Bug description: Missing Effect #1 damage mod
Proof:

First im gonna do calculation of damage for rend dot damage which is affected by Effect #2 and Effect 3# mods

Rend damage on Freakz -->
10,252 AP * 250% (Rend damage mod per tick) * 110% (Effect # 2) * 110% (Effect #3) = 31,012. Just like in picture above meaning Effect #2 and #3 working fine.

10% damage increase from Effect 3#(need you to confirm this) -->
Assuming Effect #3 is already added to my weapon damage as you can see in picture above and following abilities scale off weapon damage not attack power so i wont use it in calculations .

Raiders dummy have 32% armor so i will use 0.68 mod(Used auto attack damage to calculate. PvP dummy have 4% less armor)

Slam.
Slam damage on freakz -->
11,650(My average weapon damage) * 305%(slam damage mod including rank 2 increase) * 110%(Effect #1) * 0.68(Armor) = 26,578. Here we can see that there is aprox 10% difference than its shown in the picture

Execute (I used leggo ring to get procs)
Execute damage on Freakz -->
11,650 * 808%(execute full rage damage mod) * 110%(Effect #1) * 0.68 = 70,410 . Still same 10% difference

Mortal strike
Mortal strike damage on freakz -->
11.650 * 438%(Mortal strike mod including rank 2 60% increase) * 110% * 0.68 = 38,169 . Around 10% difference

To sum it up effect #2 and #3 mod calculations are working fine and Effect #1 affecting all of warrior abilities (rent dot damage not included in this mod) is not working as you can see in calculations. I also tested Effect #4 which increases damage of Bladestorm by 50% using same formula and 50% damage is applied but 10% from Effect #1 isnt therefore it is missing for all melee spells

Although im almost 100% sure that my formula is correct because it worked on rend when you close this topic whether you confirm it or reject it would you be kind to present formula you are using just because i want to know more about this , i would be very thankful

I think since ladt patch something must be wrong with arms damage in pvp in freakz

There are definitely some mods missing for most of the arms attack skills. Please have a look
