NPC that removes Felo'Melorn's rotating fire orbs doesnt have option to remove them

Bug description: The NPC that would have option to remove Felo'Melorns orbs rotating around your character doesnt have the option. I would really like it if you fixed this because this orbs make look any non fire themed transmog look bad. Thank you for your help.

Confirmed. The NPC gives a blank dialogue window when interacting with it.
