[Monk][WindWalker] Crackling Jade Lightning Vs Storm Earth and Fire IMPORTANT URGENT

Bug description: Mostly Fire and sometimes Earth won't attack at all and with bis Legendary (https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=144239&&name=the-emperor-s-capacitor) which should make most efficient dps with those Storm Earth And Fire, but instead they stop casting sometimes and can ruin whole dps, most likely they just start and stop casting Crackling Jade Lightning spell, sometimes they do full cast, but it's just random something make them stop casting it which ruining whole dps.

only storm which i controlling work correctly please it's urgent BIS legendary can't play

Can confirm I acquaried the legendary today , Storm,earth and fire sometimes doesnt copy Crackling Jade Lightning skill,Legendary is unplayable at the moment.

The only time I noticed it doesn't copy jade lighting is when it is flying serpent kick state. Only when they reach the target it is safe to use jade lightning. Please send me a demonstration where it stops shooting lightning for no particular reason. I wasn't able to experience that myself.

I'm using it in pve a lot and almost 70% of the time they wont copy and keep auto attacking, i even give them some time to stop moving.[/i]

Even if they do "full cast" they do only 3 hits they never will be able to reproduce 4 hits as they should, even if they do proper casting only 3 hits are max instead of 4 hits.
They do one auto attack while casting it if they manage to do "full" cast and still they do 3 instead of 4.
Because they cast and stop casting for a sec do auto attack and continue casting and do max 3.
I hope to explain exactly best case scenario how is bugged.
Worst CASE SCENARIO they don't even casting it, only you casting it mimic which you control.

Confirmed.

Yeah I am not really sure what are they auto attacking while channelling. That may be the reason why it isn't as consistent. Also I did notice less ticks.

I will report it on trello as it not matching amount of ticks and force-stop auto attack swing upon casting Jade lightning for more consistent flow.

Also will add that they should not move while channelling unless player himself moves. I noticed sometimes they try to reposition themselves while channelling.
