[FIXED] [Druid] Thorns ignoring DMG reduction effects

Bug description: Thorns are ignoring dmg reduction effects same dmg on first screenshot as on second one, where wall is up with 50% dmg reduc.

Thorns do damage as % of your health,test retribution paladin Lawbringer spell also,before crying about ferals only.

It says the same thing 10% of total health for both spells.

Thornes are not like 725 anymore, it is a % damage now

7:33-7:34 watch damage on his portrait, then calculate how much is his 5% of hp, and you will see its affectected by dmg reduction things, like versa/defensives/talents etc, you can try to defend your spec but i just know too much about this game, and when i say something its usually true backed up with facts

Ok.Now test other classes abilities that do dmg as % of health and report them too.Don't cry only about ferals.

Confirmed, Thorns is ignoring all forms of damage reduction effects.

Because versatility and general damage reduction abilities behave slightly different, i have split this issue into 2 categories, both of which will be taken care independently.
