Bug description: After this trello card was fixed https://trello.com/c/peENUYXX/675-blood-elfracial-arcane-torrent , arcane torrent can't be used to intrerrupt bosses ( or other mobs which are immune to silence and have intrerruptible spells). It should be able to intrerrupt the cast but not silence the boss.
Proof:

From 8:15 we see the paladin using arcane torrent to intrerupt inferno bolt from mediv

So arcane torrent should be able to intrerupt the intreruptible spells for mobs/bosses which are imune to silece but not apply the silence effect afterwards

Can confirm, I experienced that issue as well. Important to mention that Avengers shield ( https://youtube.com/watch?v=2XlxfgwUHw8&t=461:

; you see the paladin tank interrupting first spell with his shield, right after an inferno bolt is casted by the boss). This is highly exploitable and a gamebreaking issue making any boss that casts deadly spell free loot for protection paladins.

Edit: I saw a fix on trello 2 days ago. Can't test it atm. If it is fixed ignore my post.
