Bug description: Volcanic spawn like crazy on the creeping doom phase like 5-6 volcanic every 1 second

I think the code that spawns volcanic is counting the images as ''mobs'' which is causing this insane amount of volcanic to spawn as there are more than 40 images.

Does the Volcanic affix trigger from boss adds?. I'm asking in generic way, because maybe we need do a kind of filter for other adds also.

The volcanic spawning was influenced by images on retail in 7.1.0 but that was a bug as 1 of the wowhead comment states. But as you can see in this run their volcanic spawning is 1 after 6-10 sec.

It does get triggered by boss adds and obviously scales up when there’s more of them. A good example is the Inquisitor boss also from Vault.
The issue with Cordana is probably only the fact that the illusions from Creeping Doom are scripted as non-targetable mobs.
