Bug description: Moonkin form armor bonus is 300%,PVP modifier is 63% which is 189%,but in instanced PVP it is 175%
Proof:

189% from 2475 is 4678-armor should be 7153 not 6806

Ok here is a balance druid formula with max level artefact weapon PvP:

Leather base armor on average: 2430

((2430 * 0.9(PvP template mod) * iLvL mod) + (2430 * 0.9(PvP template mod) * iLvL mod * (1.25(moonking form mod in pvp) + 0.5(Bladed feathers)))) * 0.9

Thanks for taking your time to report this issue.

First of all @mirkocroatia; Bladed feathers is applied afterwards as a flat value, which is a raw 50% in PvP (100% rank 4 pve / 50% pvp) resulting in 125% + 50% = 175% Boomkin form armor increase.
The 63% pvp boomie armor modifier is applied to the 200% base Boomkin form. And then you add Bladed Feathers.

Boomkin armor increase = (200 (base armor increase of Boomkin form) * 0.63 (boomkin armor nerf) + 50 (Bladed feathers))

This by itself would render your report as incorrect.

With that out of the way.

I must thank Zeakey for giving precise Retail proof of the armor scaling for balance druids in instanced pvp, also while taking into consideration the honor talents. And that is exactly the formula that *should* be used for the armor values.


Currently said formula is not working correctly, and is actually missing one of its modifiers, which results in an increased amount of armor for boomies in its current state, this specific modifier is missing from many pvp armor templates from multiple other class' and specs.

For example a 966 ilvl boomkin druid right now will have 7004 armor, which is incorrect. And in order to back my words up, this is the formula at work:

[Retail] (((2430*0.9*1.166) + (2430*0.9*1.166*1.75))*0.9) = 6.311 (would be 6.302 in freakz due to rounding issues)

If we are to remove the 0.9 armor modifier from the tail of the template and add the slight rounding issues of freakz which results in -3 (2.87-) base armor:

[Freakz] (((2427*0.9*1.166) + (2427*0.9*1.166*1.75))) = 7.004


If i take the example given above at 933 ilvl by Mirkocroatia:

With Freakz rounding:
(((2427*0.9*1.133) + (2427*0.9*1.133*1.75))) = 6805 * 0.9 (missing multiplier) = 6125 (which would be retail like)

With Retail rounding:
(((2430*0.9*1.133) + (2430*0.9*1.133*1.75))) = 6814 * 0.9 (missing multiplier) = 6132 (retail)

For such, this is confirmed to be a bug were the last armor modifier is missing.
