Charge minimum range is not 8 yards it is slightly higher

Bug description: Charge range is 8-25 yards
Whirlwind strikes all enemies within 8 yards.

Thus, Charge should be immediately usable at the point where whirlwind is not hitting the target.
Right now there is a distance where whirlwind is not hitting the target and charge is still not usable.
I have posted three pictures with floor markers

picture 1, max distance where whirlwind hits target
