[Rogue] vanish vs a murder of crows(Survival spec)

Bug description: vanish removes a murder of crows dot - hunter survival spec

Could be two examples:
1. if the rogue has no additional dots active then vanish will remove a murder of crows
2. if the rogue has extra dot effects then vanish cannot reset combat and will not remove a murder of crows

Proof: Blizzard -
3:25 - the rogue is vanishing with explosive trap dot and a murder of crows; vanish does not remove a murder of crows;
