Bug description: kidney shot is stacking on target as debuffs; kidney shot doesn't cancel cheap shot stun debuff;
-kidney shot is a controlled stun effect and should not stack on target: ''A more powerful spell is already active'' : similar to sap and polymorph
-kidney shot should be refreshed if the next effect is stronger than the active remaining
- a 50% dr kidney shot should cancel the cheap shot effect when the remaining duration is 3 seconds or less
