Bug description: can stack for more than 3 seconds; it triggers artifact trait -> blurred time(https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=202769&&name=blurred-time); can random proc between 40-100 yards;

Hotfix (2016-10-13): "Control is King will no longer stack Adrenaline Rush above a 3 second duration."
