[DUPLICATE] Senegos phasing?

Bug description: Just finished the death knight class hall and kalec gave me the quest to go to azsuna to the azurewing repose to speak with senegos. I turned in the quest to kalec however when trying to get the next quest for senegos, he keeps phasing out at a certain point. there is also a blot of light that is named excess power that is next to him. I do not have the range (blood dk) to kill it because it also phases when I get close. What do i do?

can confirm I also cant continue the quest beacuse of the phasing

Currently this NPC is suffering with phasing issues regarding these quests and it's already been reported here.
