[REJECTED] Quest-Argus-Slightly Roasted

Bug description: Once I completed the quest Slightly Roasted in Argus the NPC disappears and I can't take the subsequent quest. I looked up google videos and the NPC did not disappear and was supposed to give me another quest to continue the story line. What should I do

Please follow the template of the bug report, meaning provide proof and links as there is no quest named "Slightly Roasted". Only this.

Quest works fine...once you use ability on the pile of rocks quest will complete. If you can't enter the building to turn in the quest due to rocks being in the way...relog and they will be gone - granting you access to the building and NPC to turn in the quest.

He is not reporting the quest itself. He clearly stated that he completed it and is reporting that after he can't pick up the subsequent quest.
