[Stormheim] Put It All on Red

Bug description: Steelscale https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=107917&&name=steelscale can't be silenced and thus he is impossible or at least difficult to be killed.
I found this bugg on my warrior while i was trying to do the quest. I was spamming Pummel https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=6552&&name=pummel but he kept casting his abillity that makes his immune to damage https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=214643&&name=steely-scales
Also Steely scales says he is immune for the next 3 attacks but no matter how many attacks i made while the buff was on, it wouldn't end.

Had the same problem when I was trying to kill this npc. My only option was to chain stuns on him and burn him as fast as possible, as once he casts ability, you can't remove charges on it and npc will recast ability before it expires.

That's true this is the only way to kill him, but still this is a bugg that needs to be fixed because it is very annoying and making the quest very hard for low ilvl characters that don't have the burst potential yet.
