Please try to use the unstuck option on our site, delete your cache folder and disable your addons just in case.

I don't know I think it was on Azsuna quests I don't exactly know (The blue drake ones)

Try to abandon all quests, exit game, clear cache and unstuck. Then when you log back in, if you still can't see anyone, try to check your quest log and whether another quest is present there. If it is, try to abandon it, exit game, clear cache and unstuck. This method worked for me for similar problem.
