[FIXED] [Rogue]Loaded Dice doesn't upgrade energy regen with previous S&D active

As you can see in this video (Freakz server) , in the first part of the video, when you have a PREVIOUS Slice and Dice, and you use Adrenaline Rush (to get Loaded Dice buff), and then another Slice and Dice, you only get the buff of AS, not the one of energy regen (it stays at 15% and doesn't upgrade to 19%). This only happens when you have already a previous Slice and Dice unbuffed by Loaded Dice. Although, if u use Slice and Dice with Adrenaline Rush's buff (Loaded Dice) without a previous Slice and Dice unbuffed, you get the correct buff (AS-> 162% Energy regen-> 19%), as it's in Retail.
