Bug description: During the quest "Cry Thunder" while riding Vehir the item breaks and it gives 630,000,100 artifact power instead 100. The bug happened to my friend and not me since I consumed the item before starting "Cry Thunder". The player name is Grongatosha as appeared in the screenshot.

Your picture is way too small

Beside, once you hit lv110, you get a +630.000.000% modifier to your weapon artifact power, as you can see in my picture

it help new player and toon catching up since the cost increase exponentially

Yup, as soon as you hit level 110, your Artifact Knowledge, which multiplies Artifact Power gained, is maxed out to level 55. Even though 630,000,100 Artifact Power may seem a lot, it is actually only comparable to a bucket of water filling up an empty lake - quite a little in the grand scheme of arduous Artifact Power grind.

As stated in the previous replies once you hit level 110 your artifact knowledge becomes 55.
