I lvl up 20 to 110 void elf don't give me q ((Heritage of the Void)). why ?

Bug description: hi. i lvl up 20 to 110((void elf)) and 1 to 110 normal race(max) but don't give me q ((Heritage of the Void)). why ?
Proof: i lvl up hero 1 to 110 (max) but don't give me q ((Heritage of the Void)). why ? i already unlock void elf .

For the Void Elf Heritage questline, you need a Void Elf at max level.

The heritage quests are for that specific race only, can't do it with another race no matter what.

Have you tried relogging and clearing your cache? Also, saw some reports that logging onto a different character and then onto your Void Elf again works.

Did you level your void elf from 20-110 yourself?
You need to do this in order to unlock the herritage armor.

if this issue still presists let me know.
