[REJECTED] cant upgrade my artifact weapon level

Character name:Dangquoi
Bug description: I cant use the altar of the eternal hunt at Trueshot lodge to upgrade my weapon level. I have artifact knowledge of 55, artifact level of 67, and concordance of the legion fall of 16 and have enough to upgrade it 3 or 4 times but the altar wont work for me. i have another hunter and it works fine. Am I missing something? I have cleared my cash, switched to survival and back, but it wont work.
Please help or lead me in the correct direction

Can you please provide visual proof? When was the last time you were able to use it correctly?

Also try to unstuck your character and disable your addons just in case.

I had been playing a Warlock for quite sometime so I think the last time it worked would have been before the upgrade to 7.3.5. I will do what you suggest, not sure how I can show proof or really how to do it (I am 66 and not game savvy, sorry) But will try to do something.

This was wild!!! I did what you said and went back to the alter, same thing, the altar was very bright and when I would move the cursor over it, it would flicker. So obviously I was not pleased, so I decided to reload, nothing, then log out and log in, and it worked! I am not sure what happened but if I have to I will do it again.

This glitch with altar happens to me all the time and I know the solution. If you can't interact with it stand next to it and relog. Once you do relog, you'll be able to use it.

Yes it happened again and I did the reload and all was fine. I wish I knew this weeks ago! Thanks for the confirm that this is what I have to do and as sad as it is, its nice to know I am not the only one affected.
