Bug description: after finishing [Another Way], the npc didn't give the next quest [Above the Winter Moonlight], she just following me anywhere.

Did you try to relog / delete your cache folder?

yes! i already that, (delete cache, unstuck, relog) multiple times actually!. can you check my char? there is some quest in aszuna i cannot progress too but some people can, maybe there is something wrong, btw my char is migrated from ally to horde, hope you can identify something
