You have to do it on m0. Quests don't work on m+ difficulty.

Couldn't reproduce the issue and I can't really see if you did the dungeon on m+ difficulty or m0.

Anyway if it was m+, try to do it in m0 since, as the previous comment stated, quests can't be completed in m+. If you still experience issues with it, feel free to make a new report.
