Bug description: I don't know if its a visual bug, or a real bug. I checked my mastery and it says : Increases damage done while Enraged. But, i have checked rampage damage before enraged, and while i was enraged. Visually nothing changed.

Rampage tooltip dmg is shown with the increase from mastery already since it triggers enrage before it even does dmg therefore there is no need for the tooltip to show any different since it will always benefit from ur enrage(mast) whenever u use it.

I have noticed it, but it's just a visual bug. I too was thinking that enrage is not having any effect but the damage does increase if you test it on a dummy.

Okay , so. I have tested it without artifact weapon, and any damage buff on me. It works the mastery how it should. It's just a visual bug.
