Nightborne race change quest don't show!!!

Bug description: hello i move from ally and i want make quest for nightborne race, here in orgrimar i dont have any quest and i can't do anything, can you help me please? i have donation on to change race/faction but i can't use...

Now i unlock highmountain and when i click that bnaanner for second ally don't make anything...

Hello,
You need to have Exalted reputation with the Highmountain Tauren and you need to have completed the Highmountain storyline. For Nightfallen you need to have Insurrection and Exalted reputation with the Nightfallen.
