[DUPLICATE] Insignia of the Grand Army still 910

Bug description: I completed the quest the first day when the new bosses came out and the quest was bugged and it was rewarding you with a 910 insignia of the grand army.I saw that you fixed that coz when i did it on my paladin i got an 1000 item level ring but the ring on my priest(ashelia) is still 910 item level.I tried upgrading it with awoken titan essence too and it didnt work.So is there a way to get a 1000 ilvl ring on the priest too?Or can you help me somehow?I think more people should have this problem.
