[FIXED] [Rogue][Outlaw] Between the Eyes

Bug description: On freakz, stun from Between the Eyes is not affected by any pasive with reduce stun durarion (Hardiness = orc pasive which gives you 20% reduce stun duration) and (Relentless = honor talent which gives you another -20% reduce stun duration) and DR, but it should. (You can see in the video from blizz (minute 4:11-4:29) that Between the Eyes got reduce stun durarion from DR.)
Firstly, here (freakz) you can use this stun, which duratiom is 6seconds, (6secs because of talent which gives you 6 combo points) for 2 times in a row and gives to the target 12seconds stun (6sec + 6sec), instead of 9seconds (6sec + 3sec reduced from DR).
Secondly, if you are a orc, you should benefit a 20% reduce stun duration from the pasive (Hardiness), and maybe if u r playing with another pasive from honor talents (Relentless), you should benefit of another 20% reduce stun duration, but on freakz, between the eyes is not affected by these pasives or DR. You can see the orc from the video (freakz) which receives 12seconds stun, but he should receives only 5,76seconds (3.84secs from first stun and 1.92secs from second stun)
Calculate: (First stun = 6secs, but -20% = 4.8secs and -another 20% = 3,84secs) + (Second stun = First stun / 2 (50% reduce from DR because is second stun) => 3.84 / 2 = 1.92secs)
You can see in the video from blizz (minute 4:11-4:29) that Between the Eyes got reduce stun durarion from DR.
Just imagine how broken is this spell if you receives 12secs stun instead of 5.76seconds.

Ok, where is written in that post that the stun from Between the Eyes is not affected by pasives with reduce stun duration like Hardiness and Relentless? In that post is written just about DR.
