Burning Plate of the Worldbreaker | Protection Warrior Hidden Artifact Appearance

Hello,

I have been trying to obtain the hidden artifact apperance for my prot warrior for couple of weeks. I have gone through Wowhead for the requirements and I check all boxes.

1- Artifact knowledge is above 5 (Currently 48)
2- Read the Saga of the Valajar tablet (Doing it Daily just in case)
3- Spec Protection - I am in Prot mostly 90% of the time, including when reading the Saga and travelling to the location.
4- Travel to Thunder Totem and head to Neltharions Vault entrance. This is where things get tricky. For the event to occur there should be a trigger "You hear a strange roar from the cavern ahead" emote should be displayed. I have so far never seen this emote. However, many comments on Wowhead confirm that they got the appearance without the trigger.
5- Below is an extract which suggests that this event is considered like a daily quest.
The quest Burning Plate of the Worldbreaker Available indicates if the apperance spawns and can be looted, while the daily quest Burning Plate of the Worldbreaker Denied apparently makes you unable to see/obtain it while it is true. These quests should trigger at the same locations the roar event can trigger, so only running them in the world isn't sufficient. They can only be used as an additional indicator.

This script can be used to check if any of these quests is completed (can be run via chat or in a macro):

/run print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(44311))
/run print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(44312))

If the macro returns "false, true" you won't be able to get it. You will only be able to loot it with "true, false"

The macro returns "false,false" for me and has never returned true for any quest.

So what I would like to know is that is this currently working or am I just unlucky?

Not posting this on Bug report as I am not sure if its actually bugged. Also, I have never seen any Warrior using this appearance around.

Edit 2: I finally saw a fellow warrior with hidden appearance in Skyhold so its not bugged!!! May be its RnG not on my side or I am missing something. I am completing High Mountain Quest achievement to make sure that it is not messing with the scenario. Will let you know if it works or not.

Just got this hidden artifact appearance today so it works....although I almost lost hope about obtaining it as its a bit glitched. here's what I did:
1. You have to be 110 with artifact knowledge level 5 ( nowdays as soon as you hit 110, AK will be automatically 55 so you don't have t worry about this part)
2. I switched to protection spec before I went to warrior class hall
3. Read the saga about warrior artifacts weapons each day before going to path of huln (while in protection spec)
4. visited the path of huln each day until I got emote about something bellow

now first time I got this emote I wasn't able to find artifact appearance item due to disconnect on my part. Ever since I wasn't getting the emote even though
/run print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(44311)) gave me true each time.

Even today I didn't get macro but I was able to obtain artifact appearance item hidden under https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=130098&&name=scale-of-deathwing. Once used this item and it disappeared, hidden artifact appearance was revealed underneath.
