[Monk][Brewmaster] Celestial Fortune proc from itself

Bug description: Celestial Fortune should not proc from itself. In the image below you can see Celestial Fortune procced from effuse and from itself.

Can you please tell me were you got the info that it shouldn't proc from itself?

I looked around couldn't find anything. However, managed to find this example.

If you do math you can see that neither of those values is 65% of any other value so its not related to cf procing itself.

Here you can see ALL healing taken by monk and you can easily see which heal triggered which cf.

Good one. I checked some other tabs and seems that bw monk was only able to replicate this heal many times during exact time stamp via beacon of light. And not from itself.
