I've lost mythic key and weekly reward when looting from weekly chest

When I was looting my weekly reward , I got a lego and Master's Trophy from weekly chest .. but when i checking my weekly reward Strand of the Stars (id=137487) Mythic 15 warforged 970 , but I accidently disconnected and when i came back, my reward item and mythic key 14 didn't reached to my inventory.

I believe you already know that mythic key can't removable but it is not in my inventory now and my weekly chest reward too.

Please kindly GMs or administrators help .. I want back my reward and key

Please help me. Now I can't lootable weekly chest again.

Because ilvl is warforged 970 and i need this neck for my tank spec. I won't do if I don't need and mythic key is not quite important for me. But I've described about my mythic key is not in my inventory as a proof.

(Recover missing items from website didn't work because I think I was disconnected when clicking on item to loot)

Seriously ? 6 days of waitng ... no response received. Tomorrow server will reset and I need my key today. I've been waitng without looting m+ key from pug group keys to prove that.

I'm still checking every hour before I sleep. It has been too long and I think you guys extremely slow for taking actions. I'm impatient for waiting more days .... I will delete my post if no responses receive for today too. Damn it ! ... probably my post will end up with rejected.
