Bug description: Does not increase bleed damage, no matter if used before or after bleeds. Currently only increases damage of instant damage dealers such as Ferocious Bite.

Thanks for reporting this issue.

Confirmed, Ashamane's Frenzy, while empowered by Bloodletter's Frailty, will not increase the damage output of your bleeds.

Greetings.
I've tested on live server and the artifact trait works fine and increase the damage output from bleeds in both situations (If the bleed is already on target when Ashamane's Frenzy is casted and if the bleed is applied after the Ashamane's Frenzy is casted.) Bug Rejected.
