Suramar story progress

Hi Freakz,

dont get any further with the storyline in Suramar, I'm revered with all tribes at Broken Isles, incl. Suramar, did all other storylines, but stuck at the Suramar questline 7/11.
I wanne learn to fly at Broken Isles/Broken Shore, so I need these quests. There is no single questmark shown, did all quests I found and looked everywhere in Suramar, since weeks now.
My pala is named "Moonlass", please help me, it's so frustrating.

Hello moonlass,

Your next quest is "Shift Change", started by Silgryn.

I can see that some NPCs are marked as "Unknown" on your screenshots, which should not be the case. Try to delete the cache folder in your WoW folder, that should resolve that issue.

Dear Sarah,

because of your msg I'm on my way now

I deleted the cache, the npc was still "Unknown" for me. But afterwards I had to logout 2 times and suddenly she showed up with her right name and gave me the quest, which I needed. Now I can go on, I'm really happy.
