WoW Freakz spell link: Gift of the Naaru, Vampiric Blood
Bug description: Vampiric Blood should increase both healing taken and maximum health by 30%, for a total of 69% (1.3*1.3=1.69) heal increase in case of Gift of the Naaru, however on freakz it only increases the healing of Gift of the Naaru on yourself by 30%.
By casting it on someone else, I was able to determine that Gift of the Naaru takes the health increase into consideration, however the 30% healing taken increase doesn't apply.
Freakz 648/tick ---> 842/tick, so only 30% increase
Retail 1339/tick ---> 2262/tick, so 69% increase

Its "healing and absorbs received increased"which u can see in ur screens it increases the healing and absorbs on urself.Why would "healing received increased" increase the heal u do on others too?Its not "healing increased",its "healing received increased".Post a screenshoot from retail while giving gift on naaru on others with vampiric blood.
