[FIXED] [Warrior][Arms] Sweeping Strikes

Bug description: SS only works as frontal cone, tied to your character model. Does not hit enemies behind you or to the sides, despite being stacked with other mobs.

I can confirm that Sweeping Strikes doesn't hit nearby enemies if you are not facing them. We can see here, using Mortal Strike while facing 3 dummies hit all three, but Mortal Strike only hits 2 when I give my back to the third dummy.
