Migrated character bugged

Bug description: I migrated my character to this server a while ago. And due to work, I had not played for about 3 years on this server. Then I decided to return and logged in with my main druid. There seem to be rather a few bugs concerning my druid. Firstly, the scouting map section where you choose the starting quests for the zones is completely missing. Secondly, my aszuna questions is completely bugged. I use an add-on called BTWQuests Legion and according to that, my aszuna story line is pretty much complete. But I cannot progress in the balance of power questline as senegos is missing from azurewing repose and I cannot find tunas the shamed anywhere. I would like to be able to do aszuna as I would like to experience all the game has to offer. But I don't really want to put all that time and effort into a new character.

The scouting map unlocks as you progress through your class hall campaign. Can you tell us please, if you know, which was the last quest you've completed?
As for the phasing with Senegos, it was already reported here. For the other quest, can you please provide proof?
