Bug description:
Hi...
i asked yesterday for a bug about :
Flask of the Countless Armies ( Strenght ) Second Rank must dropped from Helya Chest in MOS HC with 100% drop chance...
and...
Flaskt of Ten Thousand Scars ( Stamina ) Second Rank must dropped from Odyn Chest in HOV HC with same 100% drop chance...
and i have more than 2 weeks doing them and they didn't give me any drop...
i tried maybe mythic can works because i saw an answer from the same bug repport that he shoulf try mythic but it doesn't work too ...
i reported this bug yesterday to a GM and he told me that it drop... but still no drop.
i put this video for the HOV DG and it's the same case for MOS DROP .
Answer me and Fix the Bug please...

From what I read somewhere on the forum, you can't queue rdf to get them to drop. You must manually make a group and enter heroic difficulty dungeons in order for patterns to drop from the chests.

I tried RDF and i tried alone... Also i tried just with my friend and i tried with some people manually...
Same Result... ==> No Loot.

Please make sure you have Rank 1 learned, because the rank 2 can't drop without the learned rank 1. Also, if you are sure that the rank 1 is learned, try to check your bank / bags for the rank 2, maybe it dropped and you deposited it in bank. I just tested and i got all the rank 2's from the specific dungeons in HC mode.
