Bug description: Dark Arbiter can be feared and interrupted(?). I know it can be rooted/stunned/slowed but it shouldn't be feared.

I'm pretty sure that you should be able to fear or use any form of cc on Dark Arbiter. The only spell to which Arbiter seems to be immune (due to the fact that it is a minion/pet and not an undead) is this one : https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=111673&&name=control-undead

The spell works like old Gargoyle, so you're supposed to interrupt it but you can't fear it.
