[REJECTED] Damage scaling doesn't work properly in some areas, for example Desolace.

Character name: Munke
Bug description: As you can see in the video, in some areas scaling doesn't work properly. It says i damage for 1212 but in reality I hit the mob for 402 damage.

EDIT: forgot to mention that it doesn't happen to all the mobs, just for a portion of them.

Hello vadvoci91,

Thank you for your report. The damage you see on tooltip is dynamic and does not adapt towards the enemy you are attacking. Every NPC or heroes have different damage mitigation mods. Once you find out these mods and recalculate the damage from scratch accordingly to the spell formula you can post another report. I will be looking forward to your new detailed report.
