First of all, calm down. Lerona was trying to help you, no need to be disrespectful towards her, nor to bash the server for a simple issue.

I've moved your issue to the correct section, a Head GM will have to manually the delete characters you want delete in this case, please mention the names of all characters you want deleted.

Sometimes there's a visual issue regarding character deletion and you need to recheck the site if the character is actually deleted or not. Have patience and mind your language towards those who assist you.

If you still have that issue, PM me with the characters names you want deleted and it will be solved.
