Rogue- Secretive whistle

hi,

been searching the forums and havent found any answer on this...
so, rogue gets on his 1st lockpick the Secretive Whistle https://www.wowhead.com/item=113575/secretive-whistle
in order to sell the different pickpocketing things he gets...
so i didnt got any whistle and was wondering if this concept works in the server....

I have it, but literally every feature from it is bugged, you can summon the npc, but you can't sell him the pickpocketed loot, hence, you can't complete any quests from him.
