[DUPLICATE] Account xp rates bugged

Character name: Lonewind, but all other characters on my account suffer the same from this bug.
Bug description: My account is probably bugged. When I downloaded 7.3.5 all my chars seem to have too low xp rates set on them.
On the screenshot I kill a lvl 6 mob with my lvl 6 shaman, wearing 50% xp boost heirlooms and having blue(rested) xp bar. Still, the xp gained from a mob is really low.

It's not that your character is bugged, the issue about heirloom gear was reported and confirmed here.
