[Weekly Quests] Emissary of War

Bug description: When you accept weekly quest, such as Emissary of War and Invasion Onslaught (today are only those two, so I can give proof only for them atm, but that works for all weekly quests: battlegrounds, world quests, arena skirmishes) and you relog the quests are automatically getting 4/4, 3/3, 10/10 or 20/20 and you need to complete just one run (one mythic instead of 4 in case of Emissary of War) to get it completed.
Pretty sure those are not the actual mechanics to get those quests completed, although it makes it easier to complete them very fast.

I can confirm this but it doesn't always happen.
