I can't get reputation on val'sharah

Hello, so the situation looks like this, I'm level 110 i want to get reputation on broken isles so I can start doing world quests. I come to val'sharah and I do my quests as always and all of the sudden the chain of quests ends (you know i do quests in one locations and then i get a quest to go somewhere else and i get new quests there). So I need 400 rep and I ran around a whole region like 2-3 times and I did all the quests i could, and there's like 4 quests that i can't do they're just bugged. I talked to some people that i met while looking for quests and some of them had the same problem and one guy had quests from npc i couldn't even talk to. Idk what to do at this point, please help me solve this problem.

There was an invasion in Val'sharah so it is possible it affected / phased some NPCs. Could you please provide the quest names?

Ok, so the first quest is called Moon Reaver, after killing the boss Boneflux I'm supposed to free Remulos (i can't remember what hes called) and i can walk up to him and when i click on him a window with Greetings "character name" pops up, nothing else. Next quest is called Emerald sisters, I'm supposed to free some Sisters of the moon and I cant click on them, to rescue them as i've seen on the videos i watched trying to do this quest. And the final quest is called Grassroot Effort.

The quests you're mentioning are OPTIONAL side-quests that are not part of the main storyline.

Some of these may not work correctly.

Ok so i'm at the the final chapter of the quest Archdruid of the vale and im supposed to slay Xandris the Dishonored. I killed him and the quest didn't complete
