[REJECTED] Uniting Zandalar / Uniting Kul Tiras on alt characters

Character names: Gulin / Vissrax

Bug description: Uniting Zandalar/Kul Tiras should be available on alts once you hit 120 If you completed it before on your main character. The only thing you have to do is get your heart of azeroth then it should be automatically available once you're 120 (on both alliance and horde, it doesn't matter what faction you are).

Shared achievements/cross-characters options are disabled on PTR, which most likely causes the issue.
