Bug description: First of all this report is about BFA not legion. When you talent [Fervor of Battle] and choose [Crushing Assault] azerite trait, when it's proce, it's make your next [Whirlwind] to cost 10 rage. From what [Crushing Assault] giving it's suppose to reduce the rage cost of [Slam] spell by 20 not [Whirlwind].
