Bug description: hello . a friend of mine hasnt played wow after 7.1.5 . now he wants to play fro bfa , but all his characters are gone . there is nothing in his characters list , and deleted characters section is empty as well , he doesnt have acces to his froum accunt so he asked me to send a ticket on his behaf . if u check his logs ip you will notice that he played for a long time on this server . i didnt write characters name because we cant remeber what they were , but his accunt name is soroosh . i can give you password if you want .

There are like 5 accounts (containing level 110 chars) that can be traced back to his current account but that doesn't necessarily mean that he is the owner of these accounts.

Usually players use multiple accounts and forget on which one they had the characters.

Please tell him to create a new forum account and refer to this topic if he can remember any of the names above and can prove they belong to him.
