[REJECTED] Missing artifact appearances and completely removed ones?!

Bug description: Almost all of my artifact appearances are missing and I cannot use them through Transmogrification. Also my Feral Mage tower appearances are completely gone even in class hall artifact forge!!! I had the Basic and Red color tints on Feral artifact and now they are locked and gone for some reason. What is going on?
Also in artifact transmogrification I have all 4 colors unlocked but I have only unlocked 3 of them and you can see that on image! What the hell?! Here are 4 images showing the transmogrifier and artifact forge, nothing is as it should be!

In BFA you can customize your cat from and bear form at the Barber Shop, but it's not working on Freakz, I tried different barber shops with no luck, also missing some unlocked skins during legion.

Equip a different weapon than your artifacts, then right click on the available artifacts at the transmogrifier.
