Character name: Lfpaladin
Bug description: After beeing targeted by Ancient Mindbreaker in Shrine of the Storm, Lord Stormson, player cannot be healed and cannot accept the massress.
In the Video below at around the 4 second mark, u can see me spamming my buttons just watch my abilities at the bottom of the video trying to get the global cooldown.At around the 19 sec mark u can see that my massress didnt target the panda. At the end of the encounter u can see that Im instantly casting Flash of Light after the panda died, since i was spamming it but couldnt heal him. In Addition people that are beeing targeted become hostile for the other party member.

Just adding to the report, if the Healer gets the debuff, he wont be able to interact with other players. And the only way to get rid of the bug is reloging.
