hi i boosted to lvl 110 but i cant find any duggons its locked for me i dont get it why

before that i couldnt find any dungeons too so i have no idea its looks like locked everywhere

In order to see the BfA dungeons you need to have acquired Hearth of Azeroth first.

After you've hit 110 with a character and go to Orgrimmar, you should receive a quest called "Hour of Reckoning". Complete that, follow the short quest line and you will receive the Heart of Azeroth as well as unlock Zandalar.
If you've level boosted a character and have not received the quest, try and unstuck on the website and a relog then go back to Orgrimmar.
