I've solved the problem. You should go one by one
1- Abandon quest
2- retake quest
3- then there should be 2 guns to fire. You should go front one.
4- There will be one looks front and one looks back guns. Maybe there are 3 or more guns.
5- You should select middle one. Be carefull while selecting true one.

I have my own strategy just shoot with the gun then click on the fence and wait inside for about 30sec or less and the quest will be done
