Bug description: This quest doesnt unlock to continue the story after completing loremaster.
Proof: I have all three : imgur.com/a/OKBsi4a -- but Cyrus doesnt give quest : imgur.com/a/kT3JFMZ

I'm in exactly the same situation.
Have the Loremaster achievement, but quest chain doesn't unlock.
