Character name: Lianant
Bug description: Talent [Thrill of the Hunt] does not increase crit chance as it states. At least it does not show in character tab.
Proof: My base crit is 21%. After 3 stacks i have still 21%.

I tested it on a dummy without the talent and any crit proc trinket I did 100 autoattacks and did 30 crits which is correct due to my 31 % crit chance I have a high chance of critting every third autoattack in theory.

On the second screenshot I tried to keep 3 stacks of Thrill of the Hunt up and as you can see with 40 % crit I did 33 crits on 95 autoattacks. I stopped at 95 because I was not able to keep up the 3 stacks anymore

also Cyber said it does not show in the Character panel but the crit increase works.
